One expert tip to remember when climbing in the summer months is it's too hot to climb on these sun-facing cliffs between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., but it's perfect for climbing in the early morning and evening to catch the sunrise or set. For more daring climbers, head over to Isili, in central Sardinia. These routes are filled with overhangs. This destination is usually filled with tourists, so keep that in mind if you're hoping for a quieter route. Again, Isili has fun climbing spots categorized from beginner to advanced, so the whole family (or group of friends) will be able to find something for them.
