Jessica Alba Relaxes In Miami Sun With Boyfriend Danny Ramirez After Finalizing Divorce

Jessica Alba shared photos from her Miami vacation with her boyfriend, Danny Ramirez.

The actress and Honest Company co-founder took to Instagram to show off her “Miami minute” trip, featuring pictures of herself and one of her and Ramirez.

Alba posted a selfie of herself smiling widely, in a close embrace with her boyfriend. Other shots featured delicious food, her room at The Setai, and herself tanning on the beach, wearing a black-and-white striped bikini. For the final photo, the actress included a signed “Will you be my Valentine?” poster, with the message “DANNY.”

“A Miami minute ❤️‍🔥,” she captioned the post.

The couple has been romantically involved since 2025. In July of that year, in an interview with People, a source said that the relationship was still “very new” and that the actors were “having a good time together.”

Later in November 2025, Alba hard-launched her relationship with Ramirez on Instagram. Two months afterwards, the actress posted them, sharing a kiss to ring in the new year.

Her post arrived quickly after she and Ramirez were photographed on Miami Beach on Feb. 16. The couple enjoyed Miami’s warm ocean waves. Miami Beach is renowned for its nightlife and beautiful scenery. In addition, the city holds the largest collection of 1930s to 1940s resort architecture. Tourists can walk down Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue to see the Art Deco Historic District.

Alba’s and Ramirez’s beach vacation took place after Alba’s ex-husband, Cash Warren, filed to complete the former couple’s divorce just days earlier. The ex-couple shares daughters Honor, Haven and son Hayes. After separating in 2024, they officially began filing for divorce in January 2025.

According to court documents, Alba paid Warren $3 million.
