Lindsay Lohan Enjoys Tranquil Vacation At Mykonos’ Santa Marina Resort

Lindsay Lohan made the most of her trip to Mykonos Island at the Santa Marina luxury resort. The American actress posed in a colorful two-piece swimsuit by the shore as a yacht cruised along in the background. She also shared a peek at one of the resort’s private plunge pools (with yet another yacht floating by). 

With no other vacationers in sight, Lohan’s photos capture the quiet luxury offered by the resort: a private stretch of beach in Ornos Bay that stays blissfully uncrowded even in the high season, cushioned cabanas perfect for lounging, serene views from the beach club, the list goes on. The onsite Ginkgo Spa offers even more opportunities for unwinding with endless pampering (is intense relaxation an oxymoron?). From full-body massages to aromatherapeutic treatments, guests are sure to find their inner bliss. It’s safe to say that Santa Marina provides the perfect escape from the party culture associated with Mykonos.        

Even the ocean itself is calm at this resort, a rare respite from the waves and rocks of other Mykonos beaches. Lohan shared a photo of a foam-topped coffee, showing off the calm water and soft sand that you’d have difficulty finding elsewhere outside of Mykonos. Not to say those beaches aren’t also prime vacation destinations. 

Super Paradise Beach and Paradise Beach are both popular tourist spots for their crystalline water and variety of beach bars. Nearby restaurants and a watersports club offer engaging and accessible amenities for interested parties. That said, the popularity of these beaches causes them to get crowded during the high season – especially as young party-goers flock to the seaside.
