Singer Nicole Scherzinger was spotted on another vacation, this time on the Spanish island of Formentera.

This trip was definitely different than her last trip to Cancun and her Instagram caption of a series of photos portrayed the difference. “Gettin’ down and dirty,” it read describing a day soaking in a Balearic mud bath known for drawing out impurities from the skin and relaxing sore muscles.

Formentera is less known than its famous sister island Ibiza, but if you want to travel to the smaller, less touristy, and more laid-back Formentera, be aware that there are two different types of mud on the island. There is liquid mud that guests can immerse themselves in without needing to scrub their skin and there is red mud, which should be mixed with water before being lathered on.

The mudflats on Esplamador are the place to go in Formentera if you’re looking for a whole body soak. This is where you can sink directly into the liquid mud.

Head to the cliffs at Cala Saona bay to find the red clay. Scoop off the clay from the walls of the cliffs and put it onto your body.
