Stassie Karanikolaou Shows Off Fabulous Beach Trip & Results Of BBL Reduction Surgery

Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou flaunted her stunning physique, showing off the results of her successful BBL reduction surgery.

Best friend to Kylie Jenner, the influencer and entrepreneur, posted on Instagram, sharing tidbits of her exotic beach trip with friends.

Karanikolaou announced her BBL reduction surgery last October, and the results do not lie. Clad in a small black bikini, the influencer showed off her new figure. Another photo featured Karanikolaou relaxing by the pool’s edge, giving an air kiss. She also wore a tiny pink bikini in another picture, as she soaked up the sun.

Singer-songwriter and model Jesse Jo Stark and SKIMS model Gabbriette Bechtel were also photographed with Karanikolaou. Wearing a crop top and flowy shirt, the influencer laughed and danced in a cabana with Bechtel.

Karanikolaou and Jenner became friends as teenagers, posting together often on social media. They also worked together in business, such as on the Kylie x Stassie makeup line.

Last October, Karanikolaou revealed on a TikTok video that she got Brazilian butt life reduction surgery. “I’m at the surgery recovery center recovering from this ass reduction. I’m so comfortable, eating chicken tenders and French fries. I just got my pain medicine. It just kicked in, so I’m pretty comfortable,” she said.

“From what I’ve seen, this a– looks nice, lifted, smaller. I’m so excited to be healed and to feel more comfortable in my skin.”

However, she later posted another TikTok expressing regret about her decision. “I wish I had someone who showed me the not-glamorized side of plastic surgery when I was younger and made this decision that I’ve actually been, for years, trying to reduce and fix. It’s actually something that has made me more insecure and made me feel so inauthentic.”

“With that being said, I think anyone should do whatever they want to do with their bodies, whatever they choose. I just feel like this was a mistake I made super young, and I shared my experience now because I’m hoping that I can help anyone.”

She ended her video by encouraging her fan base, “Do what makes you feel comfortable, not what you think that you should do.”
