Four-time Grammy nominee Jewel (born Juel Kilcher) showcased her remarkable physique while relaxing on the beaches of the Caribbean isle of Barbuda.

Clad in an animal-print bikini, the singer included snippets of her vacation in her Instagram post last December for her 2.1 million social media followers. One Instagram user even commented “thirst trap,” to which Jewel jokingly responded with laughing emojis, “Shameless.” Despite her age of 51, the “Goddess of Love” singer garnered both praise and intrigue from fans about her lifestyle habits.

Previously, Jewel shared her diet and exercise habits. For example, in an interview with Daily Mail, the singer mentioned that her diet includes “healthy fats, proteins, organic greens, and heirloom grains,” plus the occasional treat of cheese puffs. She especially remembers to drink plenty of water and face oil to retain her appearance. As for exercise, she maintains her figure through yoga, hiking, Pilates, and more.

Barbuda is renowned for its stunning white- and pink-sand beaches, which are often secluded from civilization. Famed for its frigate bird sanctuary, the Caribbean isle has become a bucket-list destination for avid birdwatchers, hoping for a chance to see the endangered species. Tourists can take a boat ride to the sanctuary and can see thousands of frigate birds as a result.

Barbudan cuisine focuses on seafood, such as grilled lobster, a seasonal delicacy. Jewel’s Instagram post highlights this, with one of her photos featuring six lobsters on a grill. The next photo featured the eager singer, ready to eat her meal with a single potato on the side.

Jewel has sold over 30 million albums worldwide and has 1.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Her last public performance was during last year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, where she performed “Who Will Save Your Soul.”
