Kristin Cavallari Soaks Up The Mediterranean Sun After Opening Up About Her Dating Struggles

Kristin Cavallari is spending her summer on the water — and fielding a fresh round of dating speculation along the way.

The Laguna Beach alum shared a carousel of photos on Instagram documenting a Mediterranean getaway with longtime friend and celebrity hairstylist Justin Anderson. The trip opened aboard a boat, where Cavallari smiled in a black triangle bikini as Anderson leaned in beside her, rocky cliffs and clear blue water framing the shot.

Later images showed her barefoot on a dock in a blue floral bikini top, white crochet mini skirt and navy baseball cap, and strolling a stone walkway in a white floral maxi dress. An evening shot captured her in a sheer white crochet cover-up near a centuries-old canal, layered in necklaces and bracelets.

One photo also included Austin Rhodes and Southern Charm star Austen Kroll, which was enough to set off a wave of speculation in the comments.

“Okay spill the tea – are you dating @krollthewarriorking & how does @caconover feel about this?!” one follower asked, referencing Kroll and his former Southern Charm castmate Craig Conover.

Others quickly shut the theory down, pointing out that Cavallari had already addressed it on her Instagram Stories: the two are just friends.

The getaway lands just weeks after Cavallari got candid about her dating life on her podcast, Let’s Be Honest. She told listeners she’s essentially stepped back from dating altogether after a string of letdowns.

One man flew to Nashville for a dinner date that went nowhere — “I honestly don’t care if I never see this man ever again,” she said. Another sent her an old photo pretending it was current, prompting her to call him a liar. A third relationship ended after an unusual social media message soured things early on.

Still, Cavallari said she’s not interested in settling just to avoid being alone. “I have to be all in,” she explained, “I have to be all in to make you a priority.” Between raising her three kids and running her business, she said she’s content waiting for the right person rather than forcing anything.

She’s also been prioritizing family travel this summer, telling listeners about a recent 10-day trip split between Cabo San Lucas and Los Angeles.

“I feel like I have to take my kids on vacation to get quality time with them,” she said, noting how rare it is to have all three kids and herself together at once given their ages and schedules.
