Actress Jessica Alba showcases her positive attitude and fit figure in a recent Instagram post.
The Fantastic Four star posted an impressive carousel of 20 photos and short videos to her Instagram page on July 25. The post included pictures of Alba lounging poolside, indulging in delicious food, taking in the moonlit nights on the beach, and, overall, making the most of her Mexico vacation.
Along with stunning photos, Alba also included motivation quotes throughout her post, something she often incorporates on her page. Those quotes include “One of the healthiest habits to learn: Focus on flowing, not forcing,” by New York Times best-selling author Yung Pueblo, as well as “You’re in season where everything falls into place after it felt like it was all falling apart,” by mindfulness expert Case Kenny.
