Dua Lipa is once again making waves online after sharing a new set of glamorous vacation photos with fans on social media during a trip to the Cannes Film Festival in the South of France.

The pop star posted a series of snapshots from her getaway, showing herself relaxing by the water in a metallic bikini while soaking up the sun. The photos showcased scenic sea views, laid-back beach moments, and her effortlessly stylish vacation aesthetic.

Meanwhile, Lipa is suing Samsung for £11 million ($15 million) after accusing the tech giant of using her image to sell its televisions without permission. According to court documents, she claims the company used a backstage photo taken during her 2024 appearance at the Austin City Limits Festival on television packaging and promotional materials without her approval. The lawsuit states that she owns the copyright to the image and “did not allow and would not have allowed this use.

Her legal team also accused Samsung of continuing to use the image after being asked to remove it, describing the company’s alleged responses as “dismissive and callous.” The complaint alleges that the unauthorized use may have led some consumers to believe she had officially endorsed the product.

Court filings included several social media posts from fans who said the image influenced their decision to purchase the televisions. One customer allegedly wrote on X that they “weren’t even planning on buying a TV” until seeing Lipa on the packaging, while another said they would buy the television “just because Dua Lipa is on it.”

This weekend, Lipa married her boyfriend, actor Callum Turner.
