Genevieve Chenneour is looking back on a holiday romance in Mykonos, Greece, that she says changed the way she views intimacy and relationships.

The Bridgerton actress recently revealed that an unplanned romance with a woman during her vacation marked a pivotal point in her personal life. While the relationship ended, Chenneour stated it provided her with a new viewpoint on emotional bonds and assisted her in recognizing what she prioritizes in a partner.

Looking back on the experience, she expressed that it helped her understand that significant relationships are not determined by gender. Rather, she mentioned that the relationship revealed to her deeper insights into embracing unexpected experiences. Chenneour also mentioned that she has never found it necessary to define her sexuality, stating that she chooses not to classify herself into a particular group.

While discussing the romance, the actress described it as one of the most eye-opening experiences of her life. She said it encouraged her to rethink some of her previous beliefs about relationships and left her with a greater appreciation for genuine emotional connections.

Now, Chenneour says she is simply grateful for the experience and the lessons that came with it, adding that it ultimately helped her grow and see relationships in a completely different way.
