Alessandra Ambrosio may be busy in all her professional endeavors as a model, actress, fashion designer and businesswoman, but she still makes time to hang out with her kids. This time she took her son, Noah, on a trip down to St. Barth.

She shared a photo of the two of them enjoying their beach vacation.

Ambrosio and Noah stayed at boutique resort Rosewood Le Guanahani. The resort is known for its beautiful landscape and “casual luxury,” making it the perfect place to take the whole family. The spa, two beaches, multiple swimming pools, a tennis court and top-of-the-line restaurants ensure a lot of fun to be had and a vacation to remember.

To travel like Ambrosio, here are a few things you need to know about St. Barth.

St. Barth is known for holding events and guests enjoy immersing themselves in the Caribbean culture. Check their local tourism website to stay up on all the activities the island offers including regattas and jazz festivals.

There are multiple beautiful beaches on the island, but the largest one is Flamands Beach. This is a great spot to take young kids since this beach is known for its calmer waters.

Another famous beach is a must-see for nature lovers. Saline Beach is known as a meeting place for seabirds and freshwater birds. The beach also has a few restaurants near, so it’s a quick trip to grab some food to fuel a lovely day at the beach.

Like most Caribbean islands, one of the biggest attractions to St. Barth is water sports. Kitesurfing, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling and sailing are all popular activities for visitors.

Yes, St. Barth’s is a wonderful destination for those who enjoy outside activities, but Gustavia is a little gem for all the city-slickers out there. St. Barth’s capital boasts the best shopping on the island. The streets are lined with unique boutiques and art galleries, and to top it off, the restaurants offer a taste of the Caribbean, with many of them featuring fresh seafood on the menu.
