John Travolta Films Himself Flying A Boeing 737 On His 72th Birthday

John Travolta is known for his big-screen roles, but he’s really more comfortable piloting a jet.
The actor recently posted a video on Instagram of himself getting ready to fly a Boeing 737. He has qualified as a pilot of various aircraft over the past few years. Some aircraft he can pilot are the Boeing 747 and 707. He first acquired a pilot license at age 22 and has been an ambassador for Qantas Airways since 2022.
The video showed him communicating with his co-pilot and demonstrated a seamless take-off. Then he smoothly landed the plane.
Fans congratulated Travolta after he shared the news. The milestone came around his 72nd birthday in February, when he earned certification to fly Global Express business jets, adding another qualification to his long-standing passion for aviation. T
