Actress Sheryl Lee Ralph flaunted her stunning physique on Instagram during her tropical vacation in Jamaica.

The Abbott Elementary star wore a bright green bikini, accessorizing with a silk robe cover-up during her photoshoot at Sandals Ochi Beach, Jamaica. “Home,” she wrote in her caption. She styled her hair in a braided ponytail, looking beautiful, soaking up the sun at her luxury resort.

Jamaica offers tourists a multitude of experiences. Travelers can climb the iconic Dunn’s River Falls or relax at Seven Mile Beach. In addition to activities outdoors, tourists can also explore reggae culture at the Bob Marley Museum or savor rum at the Joy Spence Appleton Estate.

The actress also appeared on Today to share details about her trip, explaining her Jamaican heritage and pride. “Oh my god, I love the people. I love their resilience,” she said.

“I mean, look at the fact that we have come through one of the most drastic natural disasters ever in the last hurricane, and the way the whole country has come together to help each other.”

“The way other small islands came to the aid of Jamaica. I love our resilience, I love our food. Oh, the food is the best.”

Ralph also shared the secrets behind her physique and looks, revealing that she did not use weight-loss drugs or undergo plastic surgery.

In an interview with People, the actress said a “positive attitude and a healthy routine” are the main factors behind her youthful beauty.

“The whole idea of being forever young is mental, physical and spiritual. I wear my joy.”

Although Ralph herself does not use weight drugs, she does not shame those who do. “I don’t judge,” she said. “If that would have worked for me, I would have. I would do anything to have the best health I possibly could.”

Furthermore, she explained that she simply followed her doctor’s advice. “He said, ‘Change the way you eat, work out, drink water.’ When the doctors tell you that stuff, you’ve got to do it.”

“Your health is your greatest wealth, and too many of us do not pay attention to it until it’s gone.”
