Jane Seymour Enjoys The Mustique Sun Celebrating Her 75th Birthday
Jane Seymour shared snapshots from her getaway to Mustique, celebrating her 75th birthday on the private island.
Her partner, ER doctor and musician Dr. John Zambetti, joined her on her vacation. Although he was not included in Seymour’s carousel of photos, his presence is felt through the smile on her face.
Seymour posted a video of herself enjoying “a beautiful breakfast,” sipping on a delicious green juice among the Mustique paradise.
Mustique is a private island and also part of the St. Vincent and Grenadines archipelago. Tourists can stroll along the island’s famous white-sand beaches, such as Macaroni Beach, Pasture Bay Beach, and Endeavor Bay Beach. There are many relaxing activities that promote wellness, such as yoga classes or guided hiking trails.
Fans are always pleasantly surprised at Seymour’s youthful looks despite her age. However, the actress earlier revealed her secrets. “So, this is what we get in the morning, the most beautiful breakfast you can imagine,” she said, as she pointed at many of her breakfast staples. “And then we have granola, and then we have beautiful yogurt, and we have green juice—excellent. And we also have freshly made ginger juice.”
The Live and Let Die actress also included a photo of herself on the beach, with her hands up high. She captioned her post, “Time for some sun, smiles, and a little mystery. Where do you think I am today? Let’s play “Where is Jane?” She garnered comments, such as “Looking gorgeous in Mustique… enjoy” and “Mustique… Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy… We’re freezing here in Germany.”
In an interview with Daily Mail, Seymour mentioned her vacation with Zambetti during the American Heart Association Go Red For Women Red Dress Collection Concert in New York City. “I’m actually going away tomorrow to Mustique and St. Barts with my boyfriend,” she explained.
“It’s both of our birthdays in a week and a half, so we’re going to give ourselves a lovely break in the sunshine and then we’ll come back. I’m not sure what we’re going to do.”
The actress also confirmed that she has many things in store for her actual birthday on Feb. 15. “For the actual day of my birthday, I have no idea. It usually rains a lot, and it’s right next to Valentine’s Day, so I might do what the queen of England used to do and just have my official birthday on another day, when the sun is shining, and we can all be outside.”
