Jessica Alba Makes Waves ‘Joymaxxing’ On A Superyacht Vacation

Actress and entrepreneur Jessica Alba took to Instagram to share snapshots from her trip on a superyacht with boyfriend Danny Ramirez and friends.
She wore a tiny black bikini, soaking up the sun on the yacht’s upper deck, accessorizing with black sunglasses and damp hair. “Joymaxxing,” she wrote in her caption.
“Stay close to people who make you feel like sunshine. The more you celebrate being alive, the more life gives you to celebrate,” she added.
The actress was seen in Miami last week, celebrating her boyfriend with her new boyfriend. They went to the upscale restaurant Papi Steak, where she enjoyed an especially large birthday cake. In an Instagram post documenting her celebration, she made sure to praise Ramirez.
“My love – every day with you is a gift. Thank you all for loving me through every chapter,” she wrote, in addition to mentioning her family and “soul sister friends.”
Ramirez also posted a story in honor of Alba’s birthday, kissing her cheek. “Happy birthday, mi amor,” he captioned.
Alba had previously dated film producer Cash Warren. However, she confirmed their split in January 2025 and later found love with Ramirez in July. Alba said online, “I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash.”
“I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years, and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
Alba and Warren share three kids – Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 8. As part of their divorce settlement, which was finalized in February, Warren will receive half of Jessica’s earnings from all her work during their 16-year marriage.
This includes the films Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, Valentine’s Day, Little Fockers and more.
