Rebel Wilson traveled to Austria to take part in the Mayr method to prioritize her health and reset for the upcoming work year.

“HEATH = WEALTH,” the Senior Year actress wrote on Instagram.

VIVAMAYR Altaussee is an award-winning luxury medical health resort and holistic wellness retreat that Wilson has been known to visit from time to time. Its goal is to help individuals achieve long-term health.

The treatments are based on the findings of F. X. Mayr. It layers Mayr’s teachings in Myodiagnostics and Orthomolecular Medicine with newer scientific technologies. However, the treatment focuses most on nutrition, movement and mental strength only to be supplemented by medicine.

Individuals travel to VIVAMAYR for a variety of reasons. Some want to detoxify, others seek help with weight control and restoring mobility and others attend for preventative reasons.

Each recovery plan is centered around the individual’s goals and tailored specifically for that person. VIVAMAYR sets itself apart as a lifelong resource for those who choose to utilize its’ services. Even after leaving, therapists and other experts continue to spur guests on in their longterm goals in their everyday lives.

A day in the life at VIVAMAYR is fully centered around wellbeing. On VIVAMAYR’s website, they share what an hour by hour day could look like for those who choose to get treatment.
